DocDee combines advanced AI with certified translators, lawyers and medical and financial experts to analyze, translate and verify documents instantly. Every document is processed with professional accuracy, preserved layout and expert approval where required. The result is a clean, structured and human-verified document you can trust within seconds.

Access is provided on an "as is" basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@docdee.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.

5. Payments and Credits

Certain features require payment or credits purchased in advance. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire. All prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable fees. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

6. AI-Generated Content

Where the service produces AI-generated outputs, these are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify important information independently.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to submit fraudulent, illegal, or harmful content, attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying systems, circumvent access controls or usage limits, or violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, introduce changes, or temporarily suspend the service without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DocDee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@docdee.ai.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties or as required by applicable law.
